This hotel was the perfect stopover during our road trip up north. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to bring our dogs into the hotel. We had a fabulous meal in the restaurant, with a great selection of drinks to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and we were treated to beautiful views from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious and included a special treat of hot porridge with cream and whisky. We also appreciated the value for money and attention to detail, making our stay even more enjoyable.
All was fantastic, nothing to complain about.

Great view of the water from our room and balcony. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful in recommending nearby dining options.
The room had a strange smell and there was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The curtains were not properly attached and the furniture looked old and dated.

The location was great, very close to the water, and the bar had a good selection of whiskey. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the loch. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel.
The food was underwhelming and some of the staff weren't very friendly or accommodating. We had some issues with our bill at check-out, which caused some frustration.
