Rooms can feel cramped when a couple’s luggage is involved, and there's limited space for hanging wet coats. If you're hoping for a quiet night, you might hear sounds from other rooms, as the walls lack soundproofing. I could clearly hear someone running around above me. Lastly, the dining area's layout is a bit odd, with tables set away from windows, and there's a strict time limit if you book ahead for meals, which can feel rushed.

Had a blast with friends! We explored the Ullapool Ferry Terminal and took in the views at the Harbour. The staff were super friendly, and our room was comfy. It's a solid spot for groups looking to unwind after a day out. Just a heads up, the wifi needs a boost, but overall, it was great!
We had an issue with the service at dinner. the food left much to be desired and didn't meet expectations. That said, it didn't ruin our trip.

Buzzing with excitement after exploring local eateries! The Royal Hotel Bar is a cozy spot with a fab view of the water, perfect for winding down. Plus, the friendly staff made my solo traveler vibes even better!
On the flip side, the room felt like a furniture desert—no chairs or surfaces, just a big ole bed. Had to crouch to access my toiletries and that shower dispenser? A proper struggle, mate!

great access to parks and local attractions makes exploring easy
I stayed for three nights and found the comfortable bed and great internet made my explorations enjoyable. Being just over 1 km from the Ullapool Museum and less than a 15-minute walk from Ardmair Beach meant I could easily stroll around and soak in the city's charm while discovering its rich history.

Just a well-suited match for a short stayover in Ullapool with good value. The view from the room was breathtaking. If you have heavy luggage, ask for help on the stairs.

The terrace in the Twin Room offers a nice space to enjoy the views, perfect for sipping on a drink in the evening. The location provides easy access to Ullapool’s charming harbor and surrounding scenery, making it an ideal base for exploring the Highlands.
Check-in was frustratingly slow, with only one staff member present, leading to a 15-minute wait even slightly early. The internet connection barely reached our room, which made it a hassle when trying to work. Room amenities lacked basic necessities, like adequate storage for soap and hair products, and we found the parking situation problematic with no available spots at arrival, forcing us to park at a distance. Dining left much to be desired, with the food at dinner being nearly inedible, making it a letdown for evening plans.

A Memorable Stay with Stunning Views
Our group enjoyed a delightful night in Ullapool, taking in the breathtaking views from our spacious twin room's balcony. The nearby bar served fantastic local ales, and chatting with other guests added a warm touch. Ensure to confirm breakfast timings the night before to avoid any confusion!

Could use better soundproofing between rooms!!! Maintenance needed for creaky floors and bathroom issues!!! Improve communication regarding restaurant reservations!!! overpriced experience given the limited quality!!!

We stayed for a night and loved the cozy, comfy beds in our room. The vibe was super welcoming, and the staff was so attentive! Had a nice drink at the waterfront bar, perfect after a long day.
